1. Introduction

3. Your Account

One Account Per Person

Where phwww identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit balances in those accounts.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any linked GCash or bank details. You must not share your account login with any other person. phwww will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account Verification

phwww may require you to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. This may include providing a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card, as well as proof of your payment method. Verification must be completed before withdrawals are released. phwww may also conduct verification checks at account opening or at any point during your use of the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

phwww accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on phwww is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit, but phwww reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts where required for compliance, responsible gaming, or risk management purposes. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso and credited to your phwww account balance in PHP.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal on phwww is ₱200. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations

Processing Times

Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are outside phwww's control. phwww is not responsible for any fees charged by a player's bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer.

5. Betting Rules

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on phwww across all products is ₱50. Maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and account tier. phwww reserves the right to set individual stake limits on any account at its discretion, including limiting maximum bet sizes on specific markets without prior notice.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when phwww's system generates a confirmation reference and the stake amount is deducted from your account balance. Until that confirmation is received, your bet has not been placed. phwww reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or as a result of a technical error.

Errors and Disputes

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing error, phwww reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be submitted to phwww support within seven (7) days of the event result being published. phwww's decision on any bet dispute is final.

Cancellations

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where phwww expressly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market. Virtual sports bets cannot be cancelled once placed, as events run on fixed automated cycles.

Responsible Betting

phwww encourages all players to bet within their means. Betting should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

• Attempting to exploit bonus offers — including through matched betting across multiple accounts, use of bots, or other forms of advantage play — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback issued to phwww VIP Club members under the terms described in Section 7 below is credited as real withdrawable PHP with no wagering requirements attached, unless specific promotional cashback offers state otherwise in their individual terms.

7. VIP Club

The phwww VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered members. Tier advancement is based on cumulative real-money wager volume across all phwww products. Tiers, from lowest to highest, are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Tier Advancement

Tiers are awarded automatically when a member's cumulative wagered amount crosses the relevant threshold. Once a tier is reached, it is permanent and does not reset on any calendar cycle. Practice-mode and free-play wagers do not count toward VIP tier progression.

Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated on a member's net gaming losses for the Sunday-to-Saturday period (net loss = total wagered minus total winnings for the week). The applicable cashback percentage is determined by the member's current tier. Cashback is credited to the account balance every Monday. Bronze cashback is subject to a weekly cap; Diamond cashback is uncapped. Full cashback rates and caps for each tier are published on the phwww VIP Club page.

VIP Benefits

Additional VIP benefits — including personal account managers, priority withdrawals, birthday bonuses, monthly reload bonuses, higher stake limits, and exclusive tournament invitations — are tier-dependent and described on the phwww VIP Club page. phwww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any VIP benefit with reasonable notice.

Account Manager Contact

Personal account managers assigned to Gold tier and above members are phwww employees or authorised agents. Communications with your account manager are subject to these Terms. Account managers cannot modify the core Terms of this agreement but may negotiate personalised bonus offers within phwww's approved promotional framework.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phwww and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on phwww
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using phwww for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in Tongits or card games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by phwww
• Sharing account access or accepting bets or funds on behalf of another person
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward phwww staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any phwww platform software or content

9. Responsible Gaming

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a chosen period from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Takes effect immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phwww's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms
